Joe Crowley visits an Essex potato farm at the height of the harvest, discovering it's been a challenging time for potato farmers across the country with the weather and higher production costs taking their toll on this staple crop. Joe follows the potatoes from field to factory where he sees the farm's onsite production line making their very own crisps
