Nick's keen on a move to Mallorca, having holidayed in Spain as a child, but Natalie would prefer to move to Cornwall. They have a cash budget of £275,000 if they buy in Majorca where Laura Hamilton is on hand to help, or £375,000 if they buy in Cornwall, where Jonnie Irwin tries to beat Laura's properties
