While on medical leave, Ducky reopens a 12-year-old case by talking officials at a cemetery into releasing the body of a navy commander whose post-mortem he carried out 12 years previously. Meanwhile, the team is called in to investigate the death of a sergeant from carbon monoxide poisoning - and finds a copy of Ducky's exhumation request on the man's laptop.
