Tessa Fleming and Irial Ó Ceallaigh set off from the historic Fort Dunree for the third leg of their journey. The physical and mental strain of this immense challenge is beginning to show, and a brief respite is needed before they make their way to the remote, abandoned island of Inishtrahull. After this experience of a lifetime, it's back to the water and a paddle to the stunning Kinnegoe Bay and the cliffs of Inishowen Head, before crossing Lough Foyle into Co Derry, where they visit the ruins of Saint Aidan's church at Magilligan.
