Following a tip-off, Harrow Enforcement officers are shocked to discover an industrial-scale cannabis farm in a house. The team, along with the police, are determined to find out who has been running this illegal operation. After complaints of all-night parties in a quiet street in Darwen, Lancashire, letting agent Paul pays the revellers a visit. The house is in terrible shape, but the young tenants promise they will clear it all up and keep the noise down. Instead, however, the partying gets worse, with some of the tenants' 'associates' making nasty threats
