Glenn reveals to everyone that the barn is full of captured walkers - news that infuriates Shane, who decides they all need to be destroyed. Dale tries to hide the group's weapons in the woods to prevent a conflict, but ultimately fails and the arms cache is taken back to base. Meanwhile, Rick and Hershel return with two more captives, planning to keep them alive, but this pushes Shane over the edge and he forces the survivors into a bloody confrontation
