They have sold up in Yorkshire to move 150 miles south, and long for an open-plan home with a huge garden. Meanwhile, Kirstie Allsopp aids first-time buyer Beccy and her mother Lucy in their property search, which straddles three counties, Cambridgeshire, Northants, and Norfolk
