Nick Knowles and the team travel to Hessle, near Hull in East Yorkshire, to transform the home of Darren Hudson, who was left paralysed from the waist down due to a spinal cord injury. After three months of hospital rehabilitation, Darren returned home to his family, but tragedy struck again eight days later when his wife Sarah died suddenly. Since that moment, Darren and his three sons have been living in emotional trauma, with the wheelchair-using dad now the main carer for the family
