Hector Ó hEochagáin lands on the island of Antigua. He checks out the West Indies cricket team as the prepare for the World Cup, joins in with the famous Hells Gate Steel Orchestra and lifts a stingray in the Caribbean Sea. Then it's time to board his own yacht and make the trip to the 'Emerald Isle of the Caribbean', Montserrat. He takes an emotional trip to the exclusion zone of the Soufrière Hills volcano that erupted in 1995 causing widespread devastation. Hector ends up investigating the true Irishness of this island and uncovers a new truth about the slave trade there
