The potters must make as many goblets as they can in 15 minutes, and Kate Malone challenges them to coil a jug to look like a piece of fruit. In the Main Make, the test is to throw two giant vases, then subject them to the ancient pit firing technique, which requires the potters to head to the Staffordshire countryside to camp out overnight
