The food enthusiasts cook traditional pasties at Geevor Tin Mine in Cornwall, then head northwards to Melton Mowbray, where they try their hand at making pork pies. The duo's trip ends on the banks of the River Deveron in Scotland, where they cook salmon coulibiac - a whole fish stuffed with prawns wrapped in filo pastry - for Highland dancers and pipers
