The programme focuses on people who have featured on the show in the last five years who are making plans to tie the knot. Steve's Crouzon syndrome has always made him self-conscious of his looks and worries that this will spoil his wedding to Vicky, while Matthew prepares to propose to business coach Jessica, but fears his stammer will keep him from getting the words out. Daniel, who has autism, meets Amber at a speed dating event organised by his mum. Will she turn out to be the one?
