Jane and the team are assigned to protect the mayor during a rally about immigration rights. While searching the area, they find the body of a photographer who has been robbed and murdered. The investigation initially seems to point to a homeless man, but when the memory card in the victim's camera is found to have a close-up picture of the killer on it, the team races to prevent an imminent murder
