Former Mr Gay Wales Paul Davies calls on Andi to help make Merthyr Tydfil's first ever Pride a success. The chef sets about creating a Valleys Pride feast that uses local produce, drawing on tradition, while also celebrating difference. Andi hires a bus to transport as many locals as possible, learning about the bond shared by miners and the gay and lesbian community in the 1980s along the way
