The Liffey Swim goes from near the Guinness Brewery to the Custom House Quay. There's been a huge demand to enter the 2.2km race with over 600 men and women qualified to brave the Liffey's waters. The 2019 Liffey Swim went ahead despite fears about the quality of the water due to sewage overflows after recent heavy rain
