HR business owner Gary from Derbyshire, diversity and inclusion consultant Tiwonge from Yorkshire and sales assistant Hattie from south Wales visit the one-of-a-kind clinic to get support and talk about potential treatments for their visible facial differences from Jono Lancaster and others. After living with facial paralysis for 20 years, Gary is hoping to get his smile back, Tiwonge's keen to put an end to hiding her facial scar following a car accident in her teens and Hattie - who's been self-conscious about her nose since she was a child - wants to see if there's anything she can do about it
