The semi-final sees the contenders set out to show that they're just as skilful as more mature bakers. In Liam's Technical Challenge, they pay homage to the ultimate grown-up baking icon. Then in the Showstopper, the bakers feature the flavours and luxury ingredients that they think adults like, in a 'grown up for a day' pie. It's the last chance for the bakers to earn their place in the final, with four going through, and one going home
