The 12 best chefs from the heats return for knockout week, which begins with an invention test. Each of the judges will pick a favourite to go through to the next round, while the others face a further test - to come up with an accompanying dish using whatever ingredients are left from the first round. At the end of the episode, two of the contenders will be eliminated
