A woman climbs Tryfan, one of the area's notoriously challenging peaks, to scatter her father's ashes, but falls in the descent and finds herself careering down a sheer mountainside. Stuck on a tiny precipice, with sheer drops below, she is too terrified to move and the rescuers struggle to find her. An elderly man with dementia gets lost in in one of Wales's largest forests on one of the hottest days of the year, and a teenage girl must be carried by stretcher down a steep mountainside after she falls and badly injures her ankle on Cader Idris
