After snagging an ultra-fuel-cell upgrade, Penguin’s Ducky Boat suddenly becomes the fastest vehicle in Gotham. / With Bibi in need of repairs, Batgirl takes Bam out for a spin to stop Mr. Freeze's latest icy crime spree. / Much to everyone’s surprise, Bam is afraid of the dark. When Poison Ivy knocks out all the power in Gotham, Bam must conquer his fears to stop her. / Bam must lead a new super vehicle team consisting of Nightbike, Goldie, Grundy, and Kitty after the Legion of Zoom traps the rest of the Batwheels in the Batcave.
