The parole board hears from Natasha, who was 16 when she stabbed a man to death. Now, 13 years later, she hopes to be moved to an open prison where she will come into contact with the public. In 2007 Carl was imprisoned as a danger to the public after committing two crimes while under the influence of drugs. He is now attempting to convince the board he is clean and his attitude towards crime has changed
