The Council of Comics, stealing the '25 Cent' Hero Book from bank robbers, gather to create Nerd-utopia at their headquarters, Papa Princess's house. / Mike and his friends receive a tip from the Justice Boosters and visit Grandma Cubbenson. / Cynthia's condition gets worse, and Super Scott feels a crisis. / The Council of Comics, chasing Christa to the bubble tea shop, witnesses Super Scott's abilities and engages in a battle to seize his comic book.
