Gino D'Acampo journeys along the east coast of Italy, taking in everything it has to offer and cooking a few dishes along the way. He begins in Venice, where he tours its labyrinth of waterways with one of the city's youngest gondoliers before making a classic Venetian lunch of cicchetti. He also takes a trip across the lagoon to Burano for a lesson in lace-making and makes a visit to the Rialto market to buy fresh meat for his final dish of linguine with crab and prosecco
