His journey takes a surprising twist when he comes face to face with the mother of all lagers. Kate Quilton sets Matt Tebbutt the challenge of making crumpets, and finds out how they get filled with unique holes at the Warburtons factory in Enfield, north London. Matt also heads for snowy Canada to discover why maple syrup is so expensive, and finds out that maple syrup robberies are a big concern to the industry
