Tata Steel's plans to return to profitability at its Port Talbot plant, in which almost 2,800 jobs are expected to go under a transition from so-called 'virgin steel' to 'greener steel'. Reporter Wyre Davies harks back 15 years to catch up with some of those who fought to keep the plant open to see what lessons can be learned. Will any election promises be enough to save the town or have they arrived too late?
