A heatwave hits Pontypandy and the fire crew are relaxing and trying to keep cool. Chief Fire Officer Boyce has other ideas as he puts his rigorous fitness routine into action. / Woolly is sent to stay with Norman who is ill whilst Mike mends her field's gate. Unfortunately Norman and Woolly go out resulting in Trevor's bus swerving off the road. / Norman Price practices his new career as a shepherd by rounding up Woolly with Radar. However Woolly and her lamb run into the road and make Mike Flood's van tip over. / Mrs Chen's class make sky lanterns for Chinese New Year but until Norman Price creates a disaster when he lets go of his too early. / When Norman and Derek see a video of a champ snowboarder they decide to try snowboarding with an ironing table. / Hannah, James and Sarah launch a sandwich into space and a surprise rescue mission when their space images capture a flare in the mountains!
