Marcy bids to impress a prominent investor in the Jumeirah Islands and secure direct access to prime real estate by showcasing a contemporary villa with open spaces, natural light and French-inspired design. New sales recruits Michael and Nia have a fight on to get to the top of the board in the commission-only Dubai property market. Young broker Michael has been successful in leasing but is struggling to get sales to happen. Nia struggles with homesickness and a lack of self-confidence and leans on mentor and award-winning broker Noa to show her how to convert contacts into sales. Nia gets an opening to sell a property worth £15million
