The finals continue with a challenge that sees the contestants trying to stamp their own personalities and style onto a world-renowned classic. For one, it will mean the end of the road, while the final three find themselves working in the kitchen of London restaurant Alain Ducasse at the Dorchester. After a masterclass from executive chef Jean-Philippe Blondet, they have one hour to deliver a dish inspired by the restaurant's ethos of championing vegetables and zero-waste, then they join the staff for a full service
