The pros head to Cardiff where Mexican taco restaurant, La Pantera gets the competition going with co-owner Sam and head chef Gary dishing up a mixture of mackerel and Welsh lamb in their trademark tacos. Day two sees Heather and Gareth from The Gate take the dining experience to a whole new level, with a classic menu of seafood and steak. Finally, it's the turn of Sian and Joel from the Horse and Jockey to bring some country gastro pub fayre
