Pensioner David has decided to sell his rare and unique circus memorabilia and put the money raised towards a good cause - entertaining locals with his clown and variety act and helping support his poorly wife. After being greeted by a knight's suit of armour, auctioneer Christina Trevanion makes museum-quality finds among David's collection, including items that once belonged to famous circus owner PT Barnum. Meanwhile, JJ Chalmers finds an important and iconic piece of British innovation lying forgotten in a garden shed.
