One-off drama by Jimmy McGovern and Gillian Juckes, starring Sheridan Smith as single mother Jenny, who is able to support her two children owing to the constant childcare support of her own mother Mary (Alison Steadman). However, their lives are thrown into chaos when Mary suffers a stroke and develops dementia, requiring full-time care herself and leaving Jenny torn between her responsibilities
