An inspection uncovers many issues, including an unauthorised loft conversion that is a danger to the tenants who sleep there. A couple in Suffolk agree to rent a property to its former owner, who now refuses to leave, and a single mum tricks her way into a Milton Keynes property, confirming she has paid the deposit having done no such thing
