Alex Polizzi comes to the rescue of more struggling hotels, beginning with a visit to Epstein House in Liverpool where owner Patrick Duggan is having problems keeping his business afloat. The property was the home of the Beatles' manager Brian Epstein and Patrick was sure the guest house would be highly profitable when he bought it, but such expectations have yet to be realised
