Oti Mabuse: My South Africa
Oti Mabuse: My South Africa
Dancer Oti Mabuse left South Africa more than 10 years ago, and the country has changed radically since then. Now she returns to revisit her childhood home and the people and places that inspired her. Her journey begins in the township of Mabopane near Pretoria, where she grew up, going back to her first school and first dancefloor. However, that's just the start of a road trip across the country, taking in new music and dance styles in Johannesburg, the resort of Sun City, where Oti first realised she could be an international star, and Cape Town, home of her middle sister Phemolo
Oti Mabuse: My South Africa airs on Virgin Media Two HD at 10:35 PM, Sunday 1 December. (Repeat.)
