Host Barra Ó hÉineacháin sets off on an adrenalin-fuelled adventure around Donegal. He tries his hand at sea-stack climbing, a sunrise kayak, whiskey tasting and sailing. He firstly heads to Errigal View Pet Farm where he encounters a mischievous alpaca with his good friend and comedian Hugh Carr before trying his hand at the tin whistle in Teach Hiúdaí Beag. After an unsuccessful session the night before, Barra heads for a sunrise kayak trip around Owey Island. He spots some wildlife, including seals and dolphins on this incredible trip
