As Norman leaves the house, the giant hat he made for the Pontypandy Hat Parade gets stuck in the door, just as the sitting room goes up in flames! / When Joe and Mike discover that Norman is entering Pontypandy's big go-kart race The Pontypandy Cup they get very nostalgic about the go-karts they made when they were kids. / All Mandy wants is to attract more bee visitors to her Bee Hotel than know-it-all James – but she ends up starting a fire at the Watermill! / Norman Price goes fishing with Charlie Sarah and James. They discover a baby whale heading for the beach and try to stop it but land themselves into trouble. / Mandy wants to film a rescue but the Fire Brigade don't have anyone to rescue. Sarah James and Norman fake an emergency but Charlie thinks Sarah's cries for help are real.
