A car swerves to avoid a cow in the middle of the road and ends up being hit from behind by another car. Paramedics are called to a man sitting on the pavement and refusing to move. He is being aggressive and the police are on scene. There are concerns that he may have had a stroke. A man who has been bed bound for many years has a high temperature and heart rate, and the paramedics are concerned he may have sepsis
