Oscar the Grouch has six new pet stinkbugs. When his stinkbugs go missing Elmo and Tango go on the search for Oscar's lost friends. Finally Elmo and Tango find the stinkbugs in the park and return them to the cans, where the stinkbugs and Oscar rejoice!
