The final three contestants attend a masterclass with chef Ahmet Dede in which he demonstrates how he uses Irish and Turkish seasonal produce to create dishes that celebrate both cultures. They are then whisked away to Inish Beg, a private island, where they will prepare a lunch menu including plates of food based on their own passions and memories for some of Ahmet's family and friends. The chefs are then thrown in at the deep end as they join Ahmet's kitchen for a lunchtime service in a two-Michelin-star restaurant
