Liz heads to Belize as she explores the Central American coastline, which supports an extraordinary array of wildlife and is home to some of the world's most endangered animals. With a scientist in Cockscomb Reserve, Liz goes on the trail of a jaguar that's suspected of taking local pigs, and helps a small Mayan village ward off future attacks. Travelling on to Costa Rica, Liz meets a man who turned his father's farm into a haven for frogs that is now home to 29 species - from the blue jean strawberry dart frog to the red-eyed tree frog and ghost frog
