A Hawick crew working with a student paramedic must determine if a woman experiencing strong chest pain is having a heart attack, while another crew rush to the home of an Oban woman having a severe allergic reaction. A Peterhead ambulance crew attend to a child who has hit his head but refuses to let them assess him, and they must persuade him to let them inspect his injury
