Back in the early 1990s, Birmingham couple Marva and Lionel decided they want to make a difference by becoming foster parents to teenagers looking for a loving home. Thirty years on, they have fostered almost 200 young people. The presenter tasks Manchester-based artist Chloe Cox to capture Marva and Lionel on canvas. Though young, the self-taught painter has already been commissioned by His Majesty The King and the Windrush Commemoration Committee
