The inside story of the restaurant, which almost sank without trace after opening its first takeaway in 1992 in Ealing. But when the owners ditched the fast-food model and introduced a system of table service - not to mention its grilled chicken with lashings of peri-peri sauce - the business took off. There are currently more than 400 restaurants in the UK alone. The documentary looks at the company's humble beginnings, and how both social media and celebrity endorsements have helped its success
