England v Republic of Ireland (Kick-off 5.00pm). Darragh Maloney presents all the action from both teams' final match in Group B2, held at Wembley Stadium. England claimed a 2-0 win when the sides met at Aviva Stadium in September, with Declan Rice and Jack Grealish scoring the goals. Rice represented Ireland in three friendlies before opting to play for the Three Lions, and Grealish also played for the Irish at various youth levels, while interim England boss Lee Carsley, who takes charge for the final time tonight before he is replaced by Thomas Tuchel, has 40 caps for the Republic.
