High-fashion student Helen the Hydrozoa befriends Peggy and gives her a makeover as she tries to turn her into one of her 'mean girl' minions. Squish and Pod attempt to win Peggy back from the ultra-stylish Helen so Peggy can help them compete in a 'Wacky-Vac' dive-and-splash contest.
