Peter fixes Joe’s giant kite and gets it off the ground… unfortunately he also gets his feet tangled up in the string and is pulled into the air! / Norman spoils everyone's trip to the lighthouse by locking them all out on the balcony in a bid to avoid cleaning Mike's muddy van which he ruined.
