Joanna, 48, urgently needs a heart transplant, but after two failed attempts to find her a viable organ, her health takes a dramatic turn for the worse. Social work student Hayley, 21, has rare condition Tetralogy of Fallot and is facing seven hours of open-heart surgery to replace one of her valves
