Baz Ashmawy and his team are in Leixlip, Co Kildare, to transform the home of Denise and Dermot Guihen, whose eight-year-old twins Shay and Finn were born with a rare genetic disorder causing a number of challenging and life-limiting disabilities. Having spent years in hospital, the boys are now looked after at home by their parents with the help of private nurses - but this round-the-clock care is relentless, and a renovation would ease some of the strain by making the home work better for the family's needs
