The Fire Service is being put through tests conducted by Chief Fire Officer Boyce. Norman Price decides to put on a magic show and wants it to be the best magic show ever! / It's Mother's Day but Norman only wants to go skateboarding. He makes Dilys a very unsafe candle holder and when she takes it to the Whole Fish Cafe a fire starts.
