DiNozzo teams up with his girlfriend, ATF agent Zoe Keates, to investigate the circumstances surrounding the death of a US Marine in what initially seems like a simple road accident. The team reveals the dead man did indeed die due to a broken neck sustained during a crash, but someone shot at him first.
